Because of the nature of our production and the personalized attention that goes into each surfboard, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our surfboards and accessories, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products purchased through our store. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Defective or Damaged Items

At Jared Mell Surfboards, we take every measure to ensure your surfboard is in perfect condition when it leaves our hands. Once we hand off the item to you in person or to the shipping company for delivery, we are no longer liable for any damage that may occur during transit.

We highly recommend inspecting your surfboard or accessory upon receipt, whether it’s through personal pickup or delivery. If any damage occurs during transit, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please follow these steps to file a claim:

  1. Inspect Your Package Upon Delivery: If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the product, document it immediately with clear photos.

  2. Contact the Shipping Carrier: Please reach out to the shipping carrier directly to file a claim for the damage, using the photos as evidence.

  3. Shipping Damage Claims: We recommend that you retain all original packaging and materials in case the carrier requests additional information to process your claim. We are happy to assist you in providing any necessary documentation related to the original shipment.

While we cannot be held liable for damage caused during transit, we are committed to helping you navigate the claims process with the shipping company.

Warranty Information

Custom orders are crafted specifically to your specifications. By purchasing a custom surfboard, you agree to the final product as outlined in the order details. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted on custom-made items.
